"Let me tell you about my new best friends who saved us from the broken garage door horror story over the weekend! My husband got home from the supermarket and closed the garage door, only to hear a large "BANG" right after it closed. Our spring broke- it was Saturday afternoon, and our now previous garage door company wasn't answering their phone because they're not open weekends. Enter Don Pedro & Sons who not only answered the call but scheduled us for a service Sunday morning. They had us back up and running in less than an hour! They were polite and helpful, even tightened up a loose belt in the process. Many thanks to them because we would have been stuck waiting Monday for another service."

Pedro answered my call (no Phone Tag) and we set a time that worked with my schedule...a 1 hour time frame (NOT a 4 hour window like many businesses give for service calls). "I texted this company and received a pretty quick response. Pedro gave me a two hour window. He was a little behind due to another job that took a bit longer but he called to let me know and then called me when he was on the way with an estimated time of arrival and he was spot on. He had the parts with him and reinforced my garage door bracket where the garage door opener connects too in minutes. He lubricated the hinges and wheels and adjusted the belt so the door would open a bit more quietly. The price he quoted by text was the final price.
